Registration Fees All fees will be paid either in US Dollars or Brunei Dollars to BASMIDA Secretariat. The registration fee for members and non-members participating in the full conference is: International Participants US$ 100 - 01 June 2007 - 31 July 2007 US$ 125 - 01 August 2007 - 30 September 2007 US$ 150 - 01 October 2007 onwards Local Participants (no limited time) - B$50 The registration fee includes: Opening Ceremony All plenary and concurrent sessions Lunches Morning and afternoon refreshments Workshops and Seminars Field Trips and City Tour Welcome and Farewell dinner Documentation The registration fee does not include accommodation (to be booked separately) .

How to Book Please complete a paper registration form and send it with your cheque in USD or BND or a copy of your bank transfer order to BASMIDA, Block 29, Simpang 32-37, Kg. Anggerek Desa, Berakas, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam, marked ‘Registration’ on the envelope. You can download a copy of the registration form in Word format or jpeg. You will receive confirmation of your booking either by email or by post depending on your chosen method of registration. You will need to bring a copy of this confirmation, all receipts and proofs of payment and bookings with you to Brunei Darussalam,, including any for accommodation you book. If you change any of your contact details between registration and attendance at the Conference, please advise us immediately so we can correct our records.

Booking Accommodation BASMIDA Secretariat will assist in the booking of accommodation of delegates. However, accommodation of accompanying persons will need to be booked directly with providers.

Cancellation and Refunds Cancellation in writing must be sent to BASMIDA, Block 29, Simpang 32-37, Kg. Anggerek Desa, Berakas, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam or by email. An administration fee of USD20 will be deducted for cancellations received before 15 November 2007. No refunds will be given after this date. No deduction in the registration fee will be given if participants do not attend any part of the Conference, any social event or lunches which are included in that fee.
